Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and ACRUXCAP-FZCO, a company registered in the IFZA free zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Acruxcap,” “we,” or “us”). They govern your use of Yundra, a HIPAA compliance tool for solo and small therapy practices, and any documents it generates. Yundra is an Acruxcap product. By using the site, taking the risk assessment, or purchasing the compliance documents, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Yundra is

Yundra provides two things:

  • A free HIPAA risk assessment— a 40-question, plain-English questionnaire that scores your practice's compliance and highlights potential gaps under the HIPAA Security Rule.
  • A generated compliance document pack— a one-time paid product that produces a set of HIPAA policies and documents personalised to the details you provide (your practice, vendors, and tools).

Yundra is a software tool. It helps you produce documentation and understand where your practice stands; it does not manage your compliance for you, monitor your practice, or act on your behalf.

Payment and delivery

The compliance document pack is a one-time purchase of $399(USD), charged through our payment processor, Stripe. We don't store your card details.

The product is delivered digitally. After a successful payment and completion of your practice details, your documents are generated and made available in your Yundra account, and a link is sent to the email address you provide. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with what you receive. If the documents don't meet your needs, email hello@yundra.health within 14 daysof purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy process. Because the product is generated digital documentation, we may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles).

Not legal advice

Yundra is built by compliance specialists, not lawyers, and the assessment and documents are informational tools. Nothing on this site or in the documents Yundra generates constitutes legal advice, and using Yundra does not create an attorney–client relationship. The documents are a strong, standards-based starting point, but you are responsible for reviewing them and confirming they fit your practice. For specific legal questions about HIPAA compliance — or if you have experienced a breach or are under an OCR investigation — consult a qualified healthcare attorney.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. The documents Yundra generates are only as accurate as the details you provide. HIPAA compliance is an ongoing obligation: adopting the documents is a beginning, not the end, and you must keep your practices, training, and agreements current.

Intellectual property

The Yundra platform, its content, and its underlying templates are owned by ACRUXCAP-FZCO. Once you purchase and generate your document pack, the resulting documents are yours to use within your own practice. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage Yundra's templates or generated documents as a competing product or service.

Limitation of liability

Yundra is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACRUXCAP-FZCO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the paid product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not guarantee that using Yundra will make your practice fully compliant or that it will prevent an enforcement action — compliance depends on how you implement and maintain your practices.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Yundra after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
